Caroline Parker is a Knoxville native with a heart firmly rooted in the beauty of East Tennessee. It all started in college when she started coaching gymnastics and cheerleading, nurturing athlete’s skills, and watching them grow. She found her true calling in helping others. Yet, it was a transition into the mortgage industry where she discovered a profound joy in aiding others to achieve the milestone of homeownership.
Over the past seven years, she’s immersed herself in every aspect of the mortgage realm, from marketing strategies to hand-on sales. Joining the Blevins Collective was a natural fit for her, drawn to its innovative approach to personalized service. Here, she blends resources with tailored strategies, ensuring every client’s journey towards homeownership is smooth and rewarding.
Her favorite part of the process is about crafting solutions, understanding each clients’ unique needs, and guiding them through what might seem like a dauting process with excitement and clarity.
